1A - Relax and Rejuvenate with 18 Movement Qigong (Room 142)
18 Movement Qigong was created by combining elements of Tai Chi and Qigong together into 1 simple, unique exercise routine, with the advantages of both. The 18 movements, which participants will learn, are relaxing yet invigorating. Presented by Sharon Chiu Kent, Licensed Acupuncturist from Unique Healing Solutions.
1B - Reflexology (Room 141)
What is Reflexology? How does it work? Learn the answers to these questions and techniques you can use on yourself, family and friends. In this workshop Kathy will demonstrate and mentor you in the practice of foot reflexology. You will work on each other and feel the difference! 1E - What to Do When Lost in the Woods: Using Stillness to Regain Your Way (Room 161)
Vicki Fox, who once had trouble sitting still for five minutes, will share secrets of her five-year journey from doing, doing and overdoing – to slowing down, sitting down and learning to see the forest for the trees. Learn how you, too, can quickly benefit from the simple tools that have helped her reclaim herself and her life. We will begin the process with meditation. Altering your “energy” can affect your health and how you feel. Find out how to improve the way you feel with simple movements and breathing techniques. Come and participate in a highly experiential, fun workshop on what having an energy system is all about. Presented by Gail Wickwire, Owner, Alternative Health Associates.
3B - Where Your Focus Goes, Your Weight Will Follow (Room 161)
It is much easier to lose weight when we get our focus off of food. Traditional diets do all the things that draw our attention to food--things like counting calories, measuring, or omitting certain food groups. This workshop shows you how simply shifting your focus can help you lose weight. Presented by Dr. Becky Gillaspy, Wellness Coordinator for Gillaspy Chiropractic Center and a Certified Wellness Coach.

3C - Building for Climate Change (Room 160)
Global climate change is upon us. We see it in increasingly violent weather, melting polar ice caps, and habitat modifications that are threatening plant and animal extinction. Participants will be challenged to become part of planning our communities and constructing our homes in environmentally responsible ways. It’s affordable, it’s available, and its time is now! 3D - Releasing Trauma From the Body (Room 161)
Psychological trauma has a physiological answer. Without release, the fight/flight/freeze response can stay held in the body. In this part lecture, part experiential workshop, we will engage in exercises that invite the "shaking" response, which releases trauma from the body. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and a yoga mat or beach towel. Class size is limited. Presented by Tonya Hoffman, MS, LPC, CMT, licensed professional counselor and massage therapist.

The Dances of Universal Peace are part of this timeless tradition of Sacred Dance.
